It is one driven by a bittersweet nostalgia that never stops to hover. It portrays the sacrifices of a typical African surviving the strains of an educational curriculum that does not hold as many strategies in facing the harsh realities of life as it should.
It portrays the struggles of the African in the mastery of wielding the pen whose manual isn’t with his/her mother tongue.

Amazing and wonderful pictures, congenial, relatable and surreal pictures!
Great work!!
I love the photographs, especially for what they portray. I love that the African Child’s voice will be heard again; from the remotest of villages in Northern Nigeria, to Paris, Leicester, Australia, and the ends of the earth.
Thank you for giving the African Child a voice with your incredible photography.
These are incredible pieces of art! Every shade of colour in these photographs tell our stories and speak to the depths of souls in ways words fail.
Well done, Martins Deep.
Incredible seem to me like an understatement
Live to tell more stories of the African boy.
